Who is the administrator?
The administrator of your personal data when using the parkingcard.cz service is the company   HREBÁK GROUP, s.r.o. with registered office Ve Smečkách 1767/7, Nové Město, Praha 1 110 00 Company ID: 08585539  registered in the Commercial Register with the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 321489  (hereinafter referred as "Administrator" or also as "we").

Why and how we protect your privacy?
Protecting your privacy as much as possible is important to us.   You can be certain that we treat your personal data with due care and diligence in accordance with applicable law and protect your personal data to the maximum extent possible.   We have prepared this Policy for you in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)   ( "GDPR" ).   To fully understand how we protect your privacy, we encourage you to read carefully  this Policy.

You as a parkingcard.cz user are not identified for us
When using the parkingcard.cz service we process certain type of your personal data, but with regard to the scope and type of data for us  you are not an identified data subject within the meaning of Article 11 GDPR. Thus, it is not technically possible   to exercise   the rights under Articles 15 to 20 GDPR without attaching any other personal data in accordance with   Article 11 (2) GDPR.

What personal data do we process?
With the standard use of the parkingcard.cz service, we only know your basic data, which are filled in when requesting a PPO Reservation. This includes, but is not limited to, Address, license plate, Address of the neighborhood you are interested in applying a PPO in and the date and time you are interested in. If there was any hitch with the provision of the service, we will then process also other data according to Article V of the Terms and Conditions. We then work also with cookies on our Web site, but more on that later.

What data can we process and under which conditions?

Do we share personal information with third parties?
We may disclose your data to certain recipients, either GDPR processors (such as our IT Website support) or a separate administrator (payment terminal providers in order to pay the Parking fee for the service parkingcard.cz).

Recipient Reason for disclosure
Persons handling the payment systems ensuring the payment of Parking fee. Necessary for fulfilling the contract.
Person responsible for our accounting and tax obligations. We need a provider of accounting and tax services in the position of a processor to keep our accounts and meet our tax obligations.
The person operating the Website including the provision of cloud services. We need an IT Service Provider in the position of a processor to service our Web.
Administrations We naturally fulfill our legal obligations, therefore it is theoretically possible to have requested data by the relevant administrations.

We always protect your data. Of course, we have a contract with our processors on the processing of personal data.

What are cookies and how do we use them on the Website?
Cookies are small text files that the website you visit stores in your  computers.  These files are commonly used to run or more efficiently use the website and to secure  Internet services and features for users. Cookies are stored on individual computers by using  web browser. Our cookies do not represent a danger, they do not serve to obtain any sensitive  personal data  nor to identify your as specific person, however, they are important for protection of privacy. Cookies can be either  persistent  (persistent cookies) or session (session cookies). Persistent cookies are text files sent  by Internet server to Internet browser that remain active since the browser saved them  until their expiration date (unless the user deletes them before that date). Conversely, session cookies  are removed  at the end of each session after the Internet browser is closed. Cookies allow to recognize your person  as an existing user and add some other data of your choice. The administrator can further use cookies also for statistical purposes or for measuring website traffic. Cookies are not used to obtain any sensitive personal data. If your browser is allowed to use cookies, we pressume that you accept the standard use of cookies by the Web. In most Internet browsers you can manage the above mentioned cookies in your browser settings. Your rights
As we process your personal data, the legislation in force allows you to apply the rights described further, however, as mentioned above, you are not an identified entity for us, so without further action, it will apply provisions of Article 11 (2) of the GDPR, therefore, the following rights cannot be exercised without additional identification.
Right of Access - you have the right to access personal data that the Administrator processes about you. We will provide you with a copy of your personal data free of charge.
Right of Correction - if you find that we are processing incomplete or incorrect personal information about you, you have the right to correct your personal data or if the purpose of the processing of this personal data so requires, to complete them.
Right to Delete - Your have also right to delete your personal data that the Administrator stores and processes about the data subject.
Right of Data Portability - Another right you can exercise is the Right of Data Portability. Under this right, you may request your personal information that has been provided to us based on your consent and which we process automatically.
Right to Restrict Processing - if you feel that your personal data processed by the Administrator are incorrect, you have the right to request the limited processing of your personal data by us to the time necessary for verification of the accuracy of your personal data and their possible correction.
Right to Object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interest.
Right to Complaint - we firmly believe that this will not happen and that we will always answer all questions and fully comply with your wishes, but of course, you also have the possibility to file a complaint with the regulatory authority.
